Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, as long as items are unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
